摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,运用竞赛状态焦虑量表,对第1届中华人民共和国学生(青年)运动会(以下简称学青会)健美操(啦啦操)项目北京代表队28名运动员进行赛前心理焦虑研究,分析运动员间的焦虑差异。结果显示:性别因素对运动员赛前焦虑无显著差异,赛前心理调节过程中无需过分强调性别差异;运动年限和运动等级对运动员赛前焦虑有显著影响,经验和技能积累可有效减轻焦虑;参赛项目对运动员状态自信心有非常显著影响,健美操项目运动员相较于啦啦操项目运动员具有更高的自信。建议:教练员需通过平时训练全面了解运动员心理需求,根据其自身特点,提供全面精准的心理辅导和训练计划,以助力运动员实现最佳竞技状态。We used literature research method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory,to conduct a study on the pre-competition psychological anxiety of 28 athletes from the Beijing team in the aerobics(cheerleading)event of the 1~(st)National Student(Youth)Games of the People's Republic of China to analyze the anxiety differences among the athletes.The results reveal that the gender factor had no significant difference in the pre-competition anxiety of the athletes,and gender differences did not need to be overly emphasized in the pre-competition psychological adjustment process.The years of training and sports level had a significant influence on the pre-competition anxiety of the athletes,and the accumulation of experience and skills could effectively alleviate the anxiety.The event participated in had a very significant impact on the athletes'self-confidence,and the athletes in the aerobics event had higher confidence compared to those in the cheerleading event.Suggestions:Coaches need to have a comprehensive understanding of the psychological needs of the athletes through regular training.According to their individual characteristics,coaches should provide comprehensive and targeted psychological counseling and training protocols to help the athletes achieve optimal competitive state.
