我国高水平女子排球运动员训练积极性影响因素研究

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法、因子分析法等研究方法,探讨我国高水平女子排球运动员训练积极性的影响因素。结果显示:影响我国高水平女子排球运动员训练积极性的最大因素为自我抱负,主要影响因素包括家国情怀、教练员执教风格、训练费按时发放、对排球训练的热爱等。建议:强化思想政治学习,实现自我价值与弘扬女排精神并举;强化联赛教练员素养,全面优化我国排球教练员执教水平和风格;提升训练环境与保障,针对性帮扶落后省市俱乐部训练条件与薪酬;强化监管力度,推动训练过程和竞赛过程的全面监管。This study employs literature research method,the Delphi method,questionnaire survey,and factor analysis to explore the influencing factors of the training enthusiasm of high-level female volleyball players in China.The results reveal that the most significant factor influencing the training enthusiasm of high-level female volleyball players in China is personal ambition,and the main influencing factors include patriotism,the coaching style of coaches,on-schedule payment of training wages,and the love for volleyball training.The researchers recommend to strengthen ideological and political learning and achieve the combination of realizing self-worth and promoting the spirit of women's volleyball;to enhance the quality of coaches in leagues and comprehensively optimize the coaching level and style of volleyball coaches in China;to improve the training environment and support,and to provide targeted assistance to the training conditions and remuneration of clubs in underdeveloped provinces and cities;to strengthen the intensity of supervision and promote the comprehensive supervision of the training process and the competition process.
