摘　　要：随着全民健身高质量发展的推进,对体育空间的需求日益增长。然而,在城市更新和土地资源紧张的双重压力下,利用城市闲置土地建设体育公园已成为一种必然选择。本文采用文献资料法、案例分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨城市闲置土地建设体育公园的逻辑与困境,并提出可行路径。研究认为,利用城市闲置土地建设体育公园,需要在国家政策的多方面支持下,依托空间理论的全面指导,以满足时代对空间再造的需求。城市闲置土地建设体育公园面临的困境包括:建设成本高昂,资金压力困境;建设要求繁杂,规划设计困境;投资回报周期长,商业运营困境;社会需求多样,环境协调困境。据此,提出以下发展路径:发挥政府的支持作用,降低改造成本;坚持人本设计理念,进行合理规划设计;综合提升公园属性,提高竞争实力;遵循绿色发展原则,提高可持续性。With the advancement of the high-quality development of national fitness,the demand for sports space is growing.However,under the dual pressure of urban renewal and the scarcity of land resources,constructing sports parks on urban idle land has emerged as an inevitable option.We used literature research method,case analysis,and logical analysis to delve into the logic and predicaments of constructing sports parks on urban idle land and put forward feasible pathways.The study concludes that the construction of sports parks on urban idle land requires multifaceted support from national policies and the comprehensive guidance of spatial theory to meet the demands of spatial reconstruction in the contemporary era.The predicaments confronted in the construction of sports parks on urban idle land encompass:high construction costs and financial pressure predicaments;complex construction requirements and planning and design predicaments;long investment return cycles and commercial operation predicaments;diverse social demands and environmental coordination predicaments.Based on this,the following development pathways are proposed:exerting the supportive role of the government to lower the transformation costs;adhering to the human-oriented design concept for rational planning and design;comprehensively enhancing the attributes of the parks to boost competitiveness;and abiding by the principle of green development to enhance sustainability.
