摘 要:本文采用文献资料法、实地调研法、专家访谈法等研究方法,基于资源共享视域,分析学校与社会体育资源协同配置的价值与挑战,探讨学校与社会体育资源协同配置的模式构建。研究认为:资源共享视域下学校与社会体育资源协同配置的价值体现在:提高资源利用效率,实现资源协同优化;互补共享体育资源,增强服务供给效能;协同创新驱动教育改革,促进多元人才发展;增强社会凝聚力,推动全民健身战略深入实施。资源共享视域下学校与社会体育资源协同配置的挑战表现在体制与观念的束缚、资源分配与利用的失衡、管理与维护的复杂性、利益协调与激励机制的缺失等方面。据此,提出以制度为基石和以数字智控、文化交融及创新续航为核心的创新配置模式的解决方案,旨在实现资源的高效利用和可持续发展。we used literature research method,field investigation,and expert interviews to analyze the value and challenges of collaborative allocation of school and social sports resources and to explore a model of such collaboration from the perspective of resource sharing.The study concludes that the value of collaborative allocation of school and social sports resources from the resource sharing perspective is manifested as follows:enhancing the efficiency of resource utilization and achieving collaborative optimization of resources;complementarily sharing sports resources to boost the efficiency of service supply;driving educational reform through collaborative innovation and facilitating the development of diverse talents;strengthening social cohesion and promoting the in-depth implementation of the national fitness strategy.The challenges of collaborative allocation of school and social sports resources from the resource sharing perspective are presented in aspects such as the constraints of systems and concepts,the imbalance in resource allocation and utilization,the complexity of management and maintenance,and the absence of interest coordination and incentive mechanisms.Based on this,a solution for an innovative allocation model with the foundation of systems and the core of digital intelligent control,cultural integration,and innovation-driven sustainability is proposed,aiming to achieve efficient resource utilization and sustainable development.
