摘 要:本文采用文献资料法、案例分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,基于高中学生心理素质现状,探讨高中乒乓球教学中学生心理素质培养的价值与路径。研究认为:当前高中学生主要存在焦虑与抑郁、自卑与敏感、逆反与厌学、人际交往困难等心理问题。高中乒乓球教学对培养学生心理素质具有重要价值,如帮助学生保持稳定的心理状态、增强学生自信心和抗压能力、培养学生团队合作精神与竞争意识、促进学生未来发展等。基于此,提出高中乒乓球教学中学生心理素质的培养路径,即注重心理健康教育、注重自信心培养、注重专注力训练、注重抗压能力训练、注重团队合作意识培养。Literature research method,case analysis,and logical analysis were employed.Based on the current status of senior high school students'psychological quality,it explores the value and pathways for cultivating students'psychological quality in senior high school table tennis instruction.The study concludes that current senior high school students mainly exhibit psychological conditions such as anxiety and depression,low self-esteem and high sensitivity,rebelliousness and weariness of learning,and difficulties in interpersonal communication.Senior high school table tennis instruction holds significant value in nurturing students'psychological quality,for instance,assisting students in maintaining a stable psychological state,enhancing their self-confidence and stress resilience,fostering their teamwork spirit and competitive consciousness,and promoting their future development.Based on this,cultivation pathways of students'psychological quality in senior high school table tennis instruction are proposed,namely,strengthening mental health education,highlighting self-confidence cultivation,concentration training,stress resilience training,and teamwork awareness.
