摘  要:本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,基于国家队运动员群体的实际需求,分析了当前国家队运动员媒介素养教育面临的机遇与挑战,梳理了媒介素养理论的内涵与外延,同时结合全球媒介素养教育最新发展,建构了一套具有针对性与实用性的微课程设计方案。研究认为,国家队运动员的媒介素养课程需从以下6个方面实现创新与转型:由封闭被动的信息观向开放主动的信息观转变;由短期应用型的“媒体关系”培训向终身教育型的“媒介素养”教育转变;由零散的赛前培训向全面系统的课程体系转变;由传统的面授向线上线下结合的混合式教学模式转变;由单一教室场景向多元智能教学场景转变;由以教师为中心的教学模式向以运动员为中心的学习模式转变。同时,在课程设计中加入及时评价与动态反馈机制,以提升媒介素养教育的系统性与时效性。We used literature research method,questionnaire survey,interview,and mathematical statistics and performed an analysis of the opportunities and challenges confronted by the present media literacy education of national team athlete,sort out the connotation and denotation of media literacy theory,based on the actual demands of the national team athletes.Meanwhile,in combination with the latest development of global media literacy education,we built a guide to targeted and practical micro-course design.The study concludes that the media literacy courses for national team athletes need to achieve innovation and transformation in the following six facets:transforming from a closed and passive information outlook to an open and active one;shifting from short-term application-oriented“media relations”training to lifelong education-oriented“media literacy”education;changing from scattered pre-competition training to a comprehensive and systematic curriculum;transitioning from traditional face-to-face teaching to an online and offline blended teaching model;moving from a single classroom setting to a diversified intelligent teaching settings;and shifting from a teacher-centered teaching model to an athlete-centered learning model.Meanwhile,a timely evaluation and dynamic feedback mechanism is incorporated into the course design to enhance the systematicness and timeliness of media literacy education.
