New Quality Productive Forces Driving the High-Quality Development of Sports Competition and Performance Industry:Conceptual Connotations,Existing Predicaments,and Promotion Strategies

摘　　要：新质生产力是推动体育竞赛表演业高质量发展的核心动力与关键一环。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在廓清新质生产力驱动体育竞赛表演业高质量发展概念内涵的基础上,探讨其现实困境与推进策略。研究认为:新质生产力驱动体育竞赛表演业高质量发展主要存在以下现实困境:政策体系不完善,保障力度不强;企业创新能力不足,发展模式滞后;专业人才短缺,素质能力有待提升;科技应用不充分,融合深度不够的现实困境。据此,提出推进策略:完善政策制度体系,夯实产业发展基础;激发企业创新活力,提升产业市场竞争力;加强复合型人才培育,为产业提供智力支持;提高科技赋能效率,推动产业技术革新。New quality productive forces serves as the core driving force and a crucial link in promoting the high-quality development of the sports competition and performance industry.Using literature research method and logical analysis,we clarify the conceptual connotations of the high-quality development of the sports competition and performance industry driven by new quality productive forces,and delve into its dilemmas and promotion strategies.The study concludes that the high-quality development of the sports competition and performance industry driven by new quality productive forces mainly encounters the following existing predicaments:an imperfect policy system and inadequate safeguarding efforts;insufficient innovation capabilities and lagging development models of enterprises;a shortage of professionals and the necessity for enhancement in their quality and ability;insufficient application of science and technology and insufficient depth of integration.Accordingly,the following promotion strategies are put forward:perfecting the policy and institutional system to consolidate the foundation of industrial development;stimulating the innovation vitality of enterprises to enhance the market competitiveness of the industry;strengthening the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents to provide intellectual support for the industry;enhancing the efficiency of technology empowerment to drive technological innovation in the industry.
