摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法,探讨新质生产力赋能青少年体育俱乐部高质量发展的内在逻辑与现实困境,并提出纾解路径。研究认为:新质生产力赋能青少年体育俱乐部高质量发展的内在逻辑体现在:创新驱动与技术引领为青少年体育俱乐部发展注入发展新动力;资源整合与优化配置助力青少年体育俱乐部高效发展;需求导向与服务升级推动青少年体育俱乐部品质提升;理念更新与文化塑造打造青少年体育俱乐部独特发展模式。新质生产力赋能青少年体育俱乐部高质量发展的现实困境表现在:技术应用滞后与设施配备不足;资源整合艰难与协同合作受阻;市场需求多变与服务供给不足;管理体制僵化与政策支持薄弱。据此,提出纾解策略:加大技术投入力度,强化人才培养体系;深度优化资源整合策略,高效协同创新机制;精准对接市场多元需求,全面提升服务品质;逐步完善管理体制建设,充分政策保障支持。We used literature research method and logical analysis to discuss the intrinsic logic and practical dilemmas of enabling the high-quality development of youth sports clubs by new quality productive forces,and proposes resolution paths.The study concludes that the intrinsic logic of enabling the high-quality development of adolescent sports clubs by new quality productive forces is manifested as follows:innovation-driven and technology-led initiatives inject new impetus into the development of adolescent sports clubs;resource integration and optimized allocation assist in the efficient development of adolescent sports clubs;demand-oriented and service-upgrading efforts promote the quality enhancement of adolescent sports clubs;concept renewal and cultural shaping establish a unique development model for adolescent sports clubs.The practical dilemmas of enabling the high-quality development of adolescent sports clubs by new quality productive forces are exhibited in:lagging technology application and inadequate facility provision;difficult resource integration and hindered collaborative cooperation;variable market demands and insufficient service supply;rigid management systems and weak policy support.Based on this,the following resolution strategies are put forward:increase technological investment and strengthen the talent cultivation system;deeply optimize resource integration strategies and efficiently coordinate innovation mechanisms;precisely align with diverse market demands and comprehensively improve service quality;gradually improve the construction of the management system and fully guarantee policy support.
