摘 要:结合某钢屋盖结构设计中涉及到的支撑型三分叉钢节点设计实例,针对不同位置、不同形态的支撑型三分叉钢节点设计了两类铸钢节点方案,并根据其受力特征对节点内设置了加强措施,同时在节点中支管相交薄弱处设计内凹倒角进行平滑处理,通过有限元分析软件ABAQUS对节点方案进行分析,结果表明,相交薄弱处内凹倒角的设置,对峰值应力起到了明显的削峰作用,使得节点方案能达到预期的设计效果。Combined with the design example of the three-branch steel joint involved in the structural design of a steel roof,two kinds of cast steel joint schemes were designed for the three-branch steel joints with different positions and different forms.And the strengthening measures were set up in the joints according to their stress characteristics.At the same time,the concave chamfer was designed to smooth the weak intersection of the branch pipes in the joints.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the joint schemes.The results show that the setting of the concave chamfer at the weak intersection plays an obvious role in cutting the peak stress,so that the joint scheme can achieve the expected design effect.
