摘 要:窑尾塔架结构工程是新型干法水泥厂的核心工程,也是水泥厂中最高且受荷较大的特种结构。随着我国水泥生产规模的逐步扩大,其结构高度仍在不断增加,其抗震性能的要求也不断提升。本文提出了一种窑尾塔架结构的减震体系,将原结构的钢支撑替换为防屈曲支撑,并在梁柱节点区设置黏滞阻尼器耗散地震能量,从而大幅提升窑尾塔架结构的抗震性能。选取了某高烈度区拟建的窑尾塔架结构,根据结构特点设计了三种不同的消能减震方案,并从结构位移、消能器耗能情况、结构用钢量三个指标对三种方案进行综合比较,最终确定了兼顾技术性和经济性的最佳减震方案。The preheater tower structure project is a core engineering project in new dry process cement plants and is also the tallest and most load-bearing specialty structure within a cement plant.As China's cement production scale continues to expand,the height of these structures keeps increasing,along with the requirements for their seismic performance.In this paper,a seismic mitigation system for preheater tower structures was proposed,where traditional steel supports were replaced with buckling-restrained braces,and viscous dampers were installed at the beam-column joints to dissipate seismic energy,significantly enhancing the seismic performance of the preheater tower structures.A preheater tower structure located in a high-intensity area was selected as the research object.Three different energy dissipation and shock absorption schemes were designed based on the structural characteristics,and a comprehensive comparison of the three schemes were conducted,based on structural displacement,energy absorber consumption,and structural steel usage.Ultimately,the best seismic mitigation scheme that balanced technical and economic considerations was determined.
