摘 要:建筑外墙外保温系统脱落事故频发多发,尤其我国极端气象灾害日趋严重的影响作用下,开展外墙损伤检测与风险防治的需求激增。本文应用文献检索与文本分析方法系统概述了我国建筑外保温系统损伤现状、损伤原因以及安全风险防治技术研究与应用现状,发现已有学者基于外保温系统脱落案例调研进行了脱落规律的统计学分析,提出了影响外保温系统脱落的风险因素及评级模型,并在损伤检测技术方面做了探索性研究,但总体来看我国针对外保温系统损伤现状及风险防治的研究还不成熟。最后,从加强性能劣化基础理论研究、升级智能化检测技术方法、优化安全风险评价诊断方法和注重外墙外保温系统损伤工程数据积累等4个方面对安全风险防治作了展望。Accidents of external thermal insulation composite system detachment on walls occur frequently.Especially under the increasingly severe impact of extreme weather disasters in China,the demand for external wall damage detection and risk prevention has surged.In this paper,using literature search and text mining methods,a systematic overview of the status,causes,and application of risk prevention techniques for external thermal insulation composite systems was provided.Statistical analysis on the law of exterior wall detachment based on case studies,proposed risk factors and rating models were conducted by existing scholars,and exploratory research on damage detection technology was studied.However,overall,research on the current situation and risk prevention of external wall damage in China is not yet mature.Finally,the prospect for the risk prevention in external thermal insulation composite systems were proposed,including strengthening the basic theoretical research on performance degradation,upgrading intelligent detection technology methods,optimizing risk assessment and diagnosis methods,and focusing on the accumulation of external wall damage engineering data.
