摘  要:本文建立了芬顿法处理电子工业废水的方法,在单因素实验的基础上采取二因素三水平的响应面Central Composite中心拟合设计和分析实验,探究FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O和H_(2)O_(2)的用量对废水中COD去除率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O用量为0.53mmol·L^(-1),H_(2)O_(2)用量为12.3mmol·L^(-1),反应60min后废水中COD去除率达81.6%。响应面法优化芬顿法降解电子工业废水的工艺模型与实验具有较好的拟合性,模型的准确性达到99.9%以上,应用价值较高。最后,通过GC-MS分析了废水中有机污染物的成分,利用三维荧光光谱探究了废水中各有机污染物成分的降解去除效果。This study adopted the Electro-Fenton(E-Fenton)method to treat electronic industry wastewater.Based on the single factor test,a 2-factor 3-level response surface Central Composite center fitting design and analysis test were adopted to explore the effect of the dosage of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O and H_(2)O_(2)on the removal rate of COD in wastewater.It was found that the optimal process conditions are:the dosage of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O is 0.53mmol·L^(-1),and the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)is 12.3mmol·L^(-1).After the E-Fenton process of 60min,COD removal rate of wastewater reaches 81.6%.The process model optimized by the response surface method for E-Fenton degradation of electronic industry wastewater fitted good with the experiment,the accuracy of this model reached more than 99.9%,which is of high application value.Finally,the components of organic pollutants in wastewater were analyzed by GC-MS,and the degradation and removal effects of various organic pollutant components in wastewater were investigated using three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy.
