摘 要:为优化表面活性剂辅助超声提取无花果叶总黄酮工艺,以总黄酮提取率为指标,在单因素确定工艺参数的基础上,选取吐温80用量、乙醇质量分数、料液比、超声时间为因变量,设计L_(9)(3^(4))正交实验进一步优化提取条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为吐温80用量0.8%、乙醇质量分数30%、料液比1∶40(g∶mL)、超声时间25min、超声温度70℃,此条件下无花果叶总黄酮提取率可达3.11%,与单一超声提取法相比,提取率提高25.91%,充分表明超声与表面活性剂协同提取具有良好的增效作用,可应用于无花果叶中总黄酮的高效提取。In order to optimize the technology of surfactant assisted ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from fig leaves,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was used as an indicator.Based on the single factor determination of process parameters,the dosage of Tween 80,ethanol mass fraction,solid-liquid ratio and ultrasound time were selected as variables.L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experiment was designed to further optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:the dosage of Tween 80 was 0.8%,the mass fraction of ethanol was 30%,the material to liquid ratio was 1∶40(g∶mL),the ultrasound time was 25 minutes,and the ultrasound temperature was 70℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from fig leaves could reach 3.11%,which was increased by 25.91%compared with the single ultrasonic extraction method.This fully demonstrates that the synergistic extraction of ultrasound and surfactants has a good synergistic effect and can be applied to the efficient extraction of total flavonoids from fig leaves.
