摘  要:环境绩效是企业经营活动中环境保护及环境污染治理方面所达成的成效与结果。基于TOE理论框架,采用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,以32家火电企业为研究对象,从组态视角研究技术、组织与环境因素相互作用对环境绩效的影响机制。研究表明,火电企业环境绩效受多种影响因素的协同作用,单个影响因素不是提高环境绩效的必要条件;火电企业高水平环境绩效呈现多样化的驱动路径,表现为政府扶持与技术创新协同型路径、全要素协同优化路径和技术引领与环境驱动型路径。Environmental performance is the effect and result of environmental protection and environmental pollution control in the business activities of enterprises.Based on TOE theoretical framework and by taking 32 thermal power enterprises as the research object,the research adopted fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to study the interaction mechanism of technology,organization and environmental factors on environmental performance from the perspective of configuration.The results show that the environmental performance of thermal power enterprises is affected by the synergistic effect of many factors,and a single factor is not the necessary condition to improve the environmental performance.The paths of high-level environmental performance of thermal power enterprises are varied,including the collaborative path of government support and technological innovation,the collaborative optimization path of all factors,and the technology-led and environment-driven path.
