Study on Published Articles in Chinese Rural Economy in the Past 40 Years:With a Discussion on the Development of China’s Academic Research About Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers

摘　　要：对学科内代表性学术期刊长期载文情况做出系统梳理和纵贯研究,能从成果发表角度客观展示中国“三农”研究的历史演变,整体呈现学科发展状况和思想脉络。本文通过分析《中国农村经济》创刊以来的载文情况,展现中国“三农”研究40年来的基本态势、发展脉络、重点主题和核心特征,展望未来“三农”研究的重点,并论述“三农”研究的基本遵循。研究结果表明:中国“三农”研究力量持续发展,以黄祖辉、叶兴庆和钟甫宁等为代表的44位专家构成《中国农村经济》40年来的核心作者,作者来源单位类型以1998年为界由以各级党政机关、事业单位为主向以高等院校和科研院所为主转变;研究方法在20世纪90年代由以定性思辨性研究为主转向以定量研究为主;相关科研项目对“三农”研究的扶持力度在2004年后明显增长,包括国家社会科学基金、国家自然科学基金等在内的国家级基金是“三农”研究资金的主要来源;农村改革与发展、农村土地制度、农民收入与反贫困、农村劳动力转移、粮食安全和农业农村绿色发展是40年来中国“三农”研究的6个重点主题。40年来,中国“三农”研究在实践中不断丰富和发展,“三农”改革和发展实践在理论创新引领下不断推进,理论研究与实践探索的螺旋式上升是中国“三农”研究演进的核心特征。未来,应加强对农村基本经营制度、乡村产业高质量发展、土地制度改革、新型城镇化和城乡融合发展、强农惠农富农支持与共同富裕、数字乡村与智慧农业、农村金融改革、生态环境治理和生态保护、农村社会治理与文化建设等重点领域的研究。中国“三农”研究应持续注重批判性借鉴西方理论,坚持问题导向,正确看待研究方法,并重视中国特色“三农”研究自主知识体系构建。Systematically sorting out and conducting longitudinal research on articles in representative academic journals within a discipline in the long term can objectively show the historical evolution of China’s“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”studies from the perspective of published papers,and present the development status and ideological context of the discipline as a whole.This paper takes Chinese Rural Economy as an example.By analyzing the articles since its inception,this paper presents the basic situation,development context,key themes,and core characteristics of the evolution of China’s“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”studies in the past 40 years,looks forward to the possible key areas of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”studies in the future,and discusses the basic principles of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”studies.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions.With the development of the research force on“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in China,44 experts represented by Huang Zuhui,Ye Xingqing,and Zhong Funing constitute the core authors of Chinese Rural Economy in the past 40 years,and the types of institutions where the authors worked changed from Party and government organs and public institutions at all levels to universities and research institutes in 1998.In the 1990s,the research methods changed from qualitative thinking to quantitative research.After 2004,the support of relevant research projects for“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”studies increased significantly.National funds,including the National Social Science Fund of China and the National Natural Science Foundation of China,are the main sources of research funds for“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Rural reform and development,rural land system,farmer income and anti-poverty,rural labor transfer,food security,and agricultural and rural green development are the key themes of China’s“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”studies in the past 40 years.China’s“agriculture,r
