摘 要:为缓解和田河流域水资源供需矛盾,以总缺水量最小为目标,建立现状水平年和规划水平年和田河流域水库群联合调配模型,采用GA算法求解。结果表明:平原水库群联合调配无法有效缓解水资源供水矛盾农业灌溉用水和生态用水的供水保证率难以满足设计要求。通过山区水库群联合调配能显著提高各行业保证率丰、平、枯三种典型年下节水量分别达到1.70亿m^(3)、1.97亿m^(3)、3.35亿m^(3),充分挖掘了和田河流域节水潜力。研究成果可为流域水资源的科学管理提供参考价值。To alleviate the water resource supply-demand conflicts in the Hotan River Basin,a joint regulation model for reservoir groups was established with the objective of minimizing total water shortages for both current and planned future years.The Genetic Algorithm(GA)was employed to solve this model.The results indicate that the joint regulation of plain area reservoirs is insufficient to effectively address the water supply-demand imbalance;it is challenging to meet the design requirements for water supply assurance rates for agricultural irrigation and ecological water use.In contrast,through the joint regulation of mountain area reservoirs,there is a significant improvement in the assurance rates across various sectors.Under three typical hydrological conditionsabundant,normal,and dry years—the saved water volumes reached 170 million m,197 illon m,and 335 million m,respectively,thereby fully apping into the water-saving potential of the Hotan River Basin.This research provides valuable reference for the scientific management of water resources within the basin.
