摘　　要：为满足石油化工企业管网介质相互流通、截断的需求,设计院在管网规划时通常受场地空间、流向设置、设备大小等原因的限制,从而采用管线交汇排列设计,并在三条管线交汇处安装一个三通球阀,以保证空间利用最大化、成本最小化。管线网阀门组群要求各阀门启闭具有严格的逻辑代码操作顺序,通常采用机械联锁装置联合控制。本文着重介绍一种带机械联锁装置Y型三通球阀的设计方案,在常规Y型三通球阀基础上升级优化设计,采用机械联锁装置联合设计,球体、阀座密封面超音速喷涂涂层WC、STL20配对,信号开关和信号传递指示等,满足管线网工艺操作要求。In order to meet the needs of mutual flow and truncation of pipeline network media in petrochemical enterprises,the design institute is usually limited by site space,flow direction setting,equipment size and other reasons in pipeline network planning,so that the pipeline intersection arrangement design is adopted,and a three-way ball valve is installed at the intersection of three pipelines to ensure maximum space utilization and minimum cost.The valve group of pipeline network requires that the opening and closing of each valve have strict logic code operation sequence,which is usually controlled by mechanical interlocking device.This paper focuses on a design scheme of Y-type three-way ball valve with mechanical interlocking device.Based on the conventional Y-type three-way ball valve,the design is upgraded and optimized.The joint design of mechanical interlocking device is adopted.The WC and STL20 of supersonic spraying coating on the sealing surface of sphere and valve seat are paired,and the signal switch and signal transmission indication are used to meet the process operation requirements of pipeline network.
