摘  要:常规的截止止回阀具有截止和止回功能,可节约安装成本和安装空间,但不适用于介质中含有固体颗粒或易阻塞工况。防阻塞截止止回阀在常规截止止回阀的基础上增加了防阻塞功能设计,当浆液介质沉积导致阀门截止或止回功能受到阻碍时,可通过副阀阀杆推动主阀阀瓣运动,恢复阀门的截止和止回功能。此外,本文介绍了NPS4 Class900防阻塞截止止回阀的阀体强度、密封面总作用力、密封面计算比压、主阀阀杆强度、副阀阀杆反推力的计算方法,为新型防阻塞截止止回阀的批量化生产提供参考。The conventional cut-off check valve has the function of cut-off and check,which can save installation cost and installation space,but it is not suitable for the medium containing solid particles or easy blocking conditions.The anti-blocking cut-off check valve adds an anti-blocking function design on the basis of the conventional cut-off check valve.When the slurry medium deposition causes the valve's cut-off or check function to be hindered,the main valve disc can be pushed through the auxiliary valve stem to restore the valve's cut-off and check functions.In addition,this paper introduces the calculation method of the valve body strength,the total force of the sealing surface,the calculated specific pressure of the sealing surface,the strength of the main valve stem and the reverse thrust of the auxiliary valve stem of the NPS4 Class900 anti-blocking cut-off check valve,which provides a reference for the mass production of the new anti-blocking cut-off check valve.
