摘 要:随着工业安全需求的日益增加,阀门内漏检测成为保障流体系统稳定运行的关键技术。本文提出了一种基于高精度传感与智能算法的阀门内漏温度预警系统,旨在通过实时监测阀门温度变化,及时发现内漏故障并预警。本文以阀门内漏机理及温度特征、传感技术原理为基础,从系统总体设计、高精度传感模块设计、智能算法模块设计等方面展开论述。结果表明,该系统在多种工况下能够精准捕捉阀门温度得细微变化,并利用算法对数据进行深入分析,可实现高准确度的内漏预警,相较于传统检测方法具有显著优势。With the increasing demand for industrial safety,valve internal leakage detection has become a key technology to ensure the stable operation of the fluid system.This paper proposes a valve internal leakage temperature early warning system based on high-precision sensing and intelligent algorithms.It aims to detect internal leakage faults and warn them in time by monitoring valve temperature changes in real time.Based on the mechanism of valve internal leakage,temperature characteristics and sensing technology principle,this paper discusses the overall design of the system,the design of high-precision sensing module and the design of intelligent algorithm module.The results show that the system can accurately capture the subtle changes of valve temperature under various working conditions,and use the algorithm to analyze the data in depth,which can achieve high-accuracy internal leakage warning.Compared with the traditional detection method,it has significant advantages.
