摘　　要：双向金属密封旋球阀是高性能阀门中的一种,其结合了球阀和蝶阀的优势,成为一款双密封性能优越、体积小、重量轻、密封寿命长的阀门产品。这款双向金属密封旋球阀采用了双向金属密封设计,对于前向和后向压力均具有良好的密封效果。当介质前向流动时,由于驱动装置施加在阀杆上的力以及介质本身压力作用,阀瓣产生压力,使其能够产生强制压缩力,促使阀座密封面稳定压紧阀瓣密封面,以产生严密的密封效果。而当介质后向流动时,阀座在受到预紧力和介质撞击力的同时向阀瓣密封面施加压力,使阀座密封面稳定压紧阀瓣密封面,实现了良好的密封效果。Bidirectional metal sealing rotary ball valve is one of the high performance valves.It combines the advantages of ball valve and butterfly valve,and becomes a valve product with superior double sealing performance,small volume,light weight and long sealing life.This two-way metal sealing rotary ball valve adopts a two-way metal sealing design,which has a good sealing effect on both forward and backward pressures.When the medium flows forward,due to the force exerted by the driving device on the valve stem and the pressure of the medium itself,the valve disc generates pressure,which enables it to generate a forced compression force,prompting the seat sealing surface to stabilize the valve disc sealing surface to produce a tight sealing effect.When the medium flows backward,the valve seat is subjected to preload and medium impact force while applying pressure to the valve disc sealing surface,so that the valve seat sealing surface stabilizes the valve disc sealing surface and achieves good sealing effect.
