摘  要:在工业与城市供水等关键工程领域,遥控浮球阀应用较为普遍,但传统产品通常存在一定的性能缺陷。此次试验综合流量系数测定、噪声测试等实验手段和实际工程案例,深入分析其性能参数与运行特点,探寻提升方法。实验涉及流态、模拟、噪声振动测量等关键内容,结果表明增设阀门锯齿下导结构能有效改善噪声和震动状况;同时,工程应用实际案例有力地证实了优化后的遥控浮球阀在场景中更能展现出性能优势,具有在相关领域广泛推广应用的巨大潜力和显著价值。In key engineering fields such as industrial and urban water supply,remote control float valve is widely used,but traditional products usually have certain performance defects.In this test,the experimental methods such as flow coefficient measurement and noise test and practical engineering cases are comprehensively analyzed,and the performance parameters and operation characteristics are deeply analyzed to explore the improvement methods.The experiment involves key contents such as flow pattern,simulation,noise and vibration measurement.The results show that the addition of valve serrated bottom guide structure can effectively improve the noise and vibration conditions.At the same time,the practical case of engineering application strongly confirms that the optimized remote control float valve can show more performance advantages in the scene,and has great potential and significant value for wide application in related fields.
