背压阀排气流量分析及流出系数的测定

摘  要:对某一型号三偏心蝶阀构型的背压阀排气流量进行详细分析和公式计算,搭建流量试验测试平台,并进行大量相关性试验测试。根据实测数据验证最符合此款型号背压阀排气流出系数CD值的计算公式,得到排气流出系数的取值范围,探讨CD值与开度、流量、压力、温度、压比和等熵指数之间的影响规律。结果表明:开度会显著影响背压阀排气流出系数值,空气流量、阀前压力和压比对流出系数有一定程度的影响,温度和等熵指数基本对流出系数无影响。此款型号背压阀使用开度推荐在70%~100%之间,随着开度降低,背压阀排气能力逐渐增大。The exhaust flow of the back pressure valve of a certain type of triple eccentric butterfly valve is analyzed in detail and calculated by formula.The flow test platform is built and a large number of correlation tests are carried out.According to the measured data,the calculation formula of the exhaust discharge coefficient C_(D) of this type of back pressure valve is verified,and the value range of the exhaust discharge coefficient is obtained.The influence of C_(D) value on opening,flow rate,pressure,temperature,pressure ratio and isentropic index is discussed.The results show that the opening will significantly affect the discharge coefficient of the back pressure valve.The air flow,the pressure before the valve and the pressure ratio have a certain degree of influence on the discharge coefficient.The temperature and the isentropic index have no effect on the discharge coefficient.The opening of this type of back pressure valve is recommended to be between 70% and 100%.As the opening decreases,the exhaust capacity of the back pressure valve gradually increases.
