储气库用超高压无冲击轴流式止回阀国产化研发

摘　　要：高压轴流式止回阀是储气库的关键设备,具有重要作用,目前仍主要使用进口品牌阀门。本文结合储气库工况应用情况,对高压轴流式止回阀展开研究。根据工况要求,以及该产品在服役过程中存在的问题,依托特种阀门产品的设计和制造工艺技术,进行轴流式止回阀结构设计,并结合仿真分析技术,对轴流式止回阀进行了结构、流场等仿真分析。本文所开发的超高压无冲击轴流式止回阀产品在制造完成后进行了各项试验验证,性能良好,目前已通过权威机构型式试验鉴定。The high-pressure axial flow check valve is the key equipment of the gas storage and plays a very important role,and the imported brand valve is still mainly used.In this paper,the high-pressure axial flow check valve is studied in combination with the working conditions of the gas storage.According to the requirements of working conditions and the problems existing in the service of the product,relying on the design and processing technology of our companys special valves,the structural design of the axial flow check valve is carried out,and the structure and flow field of the axial flow check valve are simulated and analyzed in combination with simulation analysis technology.The developed ultra-high pressure non-impact axial flow check valve products have been verified by various tests after manufacturing,and the performance is good,and has passed the type test appraisal of the authoritative organization.
