摘  要:紧急切断阀(ESDV)是安全仪表系统(SIS)的核心组件,在石油、天然气及化工行业中发挥着关键作用,该阀主要用于应对危险工况,保障人员、设备及环境安全。据统计,超过50%的紧急停车系统故障与紧急切断阀相关。本文系统分析了紧急切断阀的选型原则和设计要点,重点探讨了阀门类型、密封性能、防火要求及可靠性等关键技术要求,并对执行机构,特别是气动执行机构的技术规范进行了详细阐述。本文强调了PST功能(部分行程测试)对于长期不动作的紧急切断阀的重要性,并比较了不同PST实现方式的优缺点,旨在为行业实践提供技术参考。The emergency shut-off valve(ESDV)is the core component of the safety instrumented system(SIS)and plays a key role in the oil,gas and chemical industries.The valve is mainly used to deal with dangerous conditions and ensure the safety of personnel,equipment and environment.According to statistics,more than 50% of emergency shutdown system failures are related to emergency shut-off valves.This paper systematically analyzes the selection principle and design points of the emergency shut-off valve,and focuses on the key technical requirements such as valve type,sealing performance,fire protection requirements and reliability.The technical specifications of the actuator,especially the pneumatic actuator,are described in detail.This paper emphasizes the importance of PST function(Partial Stroke Test)for emergency shut-off valves that do not operate for a long time,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different PST implementation methods,aiming to provide technical reference for industry practice.
