摘  要:通过探究法兰的发展历史和法兰设计方法,了解到法兰密封面表面加工的混乱情况,并对其进行了溯源,结合美国法兰突面的种类及相关标准规定,不同垫片表面应选择不同的“螺旋齿槽”和表面粗糙度。同时,本文论述了法兰密封面加工要求及检测方法,并分析了工程中所允许的密封面缺陷。国内外通常将法兰材料、计算方法、螺栓预紧和垫片质量等方面作为研究法兰接头的重点,但法兰密封面粗糙度及迷宫密封等方面对介质泄漏的影响不容忽视。需要纠正法兰密封面上加工2~4条倒三角形沟槽水线的错误做法,密封失效会导致严重的安全事故和环境污染。By exploring the development history of flanges and flange design methods,the confusion of flange sealing surface processing is understood and traced.Combined with the types of flange protrusions in the United States and relevant standards,different gasket surfaces should choose different'spiral grooves'and surface roughness.At the same time,this paper discusses the processing requirements and detection methods of flange sealing surface,and analyzes the defects of sealing surface allowed in engineering.At home and abroad,flange materials,calculation methods,bolt pre-tightening and gasket quality are usually taken as the focus of research on flange joints,but the influence of flange sealing surface roughness and labyrinth seal on medium leakage cannot be ignored.It is necessary to correct the wrong practice of processing 2~4 inverted triangular groove water lines on the flange sealing surface.Sealing failure will lead to serious safety accidents and environmental pollution.
