摘  要:文章结合实际项目针对有机硅表面活性剂羟值检测技术展开研究,在说明羟值检测重要性、传统检测方法特点及局限性的基础之上,重点阐述基于电位滴定的快速测定法、有机硅表面活性剂羟值的测定新方法相关的新型检测技术案例,并且总结了新型检测技术的溶剂环保、反应条件温和、自动化程度高、准确性高等优势。文章研究内容及成果对于新型羟值检测技术在聚氨酯领域的具体应用具有一定的促进作用,同时亦可为推动羟值检测技术朝着更加环保、高效、准确、智能化的方向发展而提供助力。This article,based on practical projects,explores the detection technology for the hydroxyl value of silicone surfactants.It begins by elucidating the significance of hydroxyl value measurement,the characteristics and limitations of traditional detection methods,and then focuses on novel detection technologies,particularly the rapid potentiometric titration method and a new approach for determining the hydroxyl value of silicone surfactants.The study also summarizes the advantages of these new detection techniques,including environmentally friendly solvents,mild reaction conditions,high automation,and enhanced accuracy.The findings and research presented in this article contribute to the advancement of new hydroxyl value detection technologies in the polyurethane industry and provide support for the development of more eco-friendly,efficient,accurate,and intelligent detection methods.
