摘 要:解决装配式轻钢复合墙板式房屋体系中墙板间竖向连接问题,有助于推动装配式建筑产业的发展。文章对实际工程中常用高宽比为3的两类拼接节点及3种不同连接方式复合墙板进行了低周往复载荷试验,得到了各试件的水平承载力、滞回曲线和破坏特征,并分析了墙板的抗侧刚度、耗能能力和水平承载力。结果表明:3种采用不同连接方式的试件均具有相似的破坏形态;试验的各项受力性能指标均满足规范要求,其中采用C型钢肢背“背对背”连接方式的试件抗震性能略优于C型钢肢尖相对“抄手”式连接方式的试件;根据试验给出了轻钢复合墙板拼接处承载力的计算方法,为实际工程应用提供了理论依据。Solving the vertical connection problem between the wall panels in the prefabricated light steel composite wallboard housing system will help promote the development of the prefabricated building industry.By implementing the low-cycle reciprocating load test on two types of splice joints with a height-to-width ratio of 3 and three composite wall panels with different connection modes commonly used in practical engineering,the horizontal bearing capacity,hysteresis curve and failure characteristics of each specimen are obtained,and the lateral stiffness,energy dissipation capacity and horizontal bearing capacity of the wall panels are analyzed.The results show that the three specimens with different connection modes have similar failure modes.The seismic performance of the specimens with the“back to back”connection mode of C-type steel limb is slightly better than that of the specimens with the“hand”connection mode of C-type steel limb tip,and the calculation method of bearing capacity at the splicing of light steel composite wall panels is given according to the test,which provides a theoretical basis for practical engineering application.
