摘　　要：我国重症创伤护理经历了初期探索、起步、全面推进阶段,正经历着跨越式发展阶段。近20年,重症创伤护理的实践与研究日益完善,已经从“提升护理技术水平、培养临床专业化护理骨干、促进重症创伤护理专业化发展”的思路,转换到以“发展重症监护专科护士、建立专科护士认证和管理制度、强化专科护士培训质效”为总体要求的发展道路,逐步形成了具有中国特色的重症创伤护理队伍和护理模式。本文从发展阶段、人才培养等方面回顾了我国重症创伤护理的主要发展历程,分析挑战和机遇、研判发展趋势、提出发展建议,为我国重症创伤护理的未来发展提供参考。Critical trauma nursing in China has experienced the phases of initial exploration,initiation,and comprehensive promotion,and is currently undergoing the phase of significant advancement.Over the past two decades,significant advancements have been achieved in critical trauma nursing in both clinical practice and academic research.The focus has transitioned from merely enhancing nursing skills,cultivating clinical professional nursing leaders,and fostering professional growth of critical trauma nursing,to a more comprehensive strategy that emphasizes the development of critical care specialist nurses,establishes a certification and management system for specialist nurses,and improves the quality and efficacy of training for specialist nurses.A Chinese-featured specialized trauma nursing team and nursing model has been progressively established.This paper reviews the primary development phases and professional cultivation for critical trauma nursing in China,analyzes the associated challenges and opportunities,assesses prevailing development trends,and offers recommendations for advancement.It is hoped that this work can serve as a reference for the future progression of critical trauma nursing in China.
