摘  要:脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种中枢神经系统疾病,其导致的严重甚至于永久性的残疾对社会是一个棘手的问题。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是体内最丰富的神经营养因子,在中枢系统神经元的生长、发育、分化、再生和修复中起重要作用,且与多种脑和神经相关疾病密切相关,故而成为许多神经性疾病的潜在治疗方法。本文旨在对BDNF在SCI中的研究进展进行简要梳理与总结,以期为后续基础科学与临床应用提供参考。Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a severe central nervous system disorder that poses a significant challenge to society due to the severe and often permanent disabilities following SCI.Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)is the most abundant neurotrophic factor in the body,playing a crucial role in the growth,development,differentiation,regeneration,and repair of neurons.It is also closely associated with a variety of brain and nerve diseases,making it a potential therapeutic choice for lots of neurological disorders.This article aims to provide a brief review and summary of the research progress on BDNF in SCI,to offer reference for subsequent basic science and clinical applications.
