摘 要:为了进行基于热点应力法的波纹腹板钢梁疲劳设计,开展4组不同几何尺寸的梯形波纹腹板钢梁四点弯曲静力试验,研究了波折倾角、转角半径及波纹长度等3个参数对纯弯曲段下翼缘S点处热点应力集中系数的影响。试验结果表明:钢梁的热点应力集中系数在1.41~1.82之间;减小波折倾角和波纹长度、增加转角半径有助于减小梯形波纹腹板钢梁的应力集中程度。建立了波纹腹板钢梁的有限元模型,对其热点应力集中系数进行了参数分析,发现梯形波纹腹板钢梁的热点应力集中系数受波折倾角正切值、转角半径与腹板厚度之比、波纹水平段长度与倾斜段水平投影长度之比、翼缘与腹板厚度比、腹板高厚比和翼缘宽厚比等影响较大,受角焊缝尺寸与腹板厚度之比的影响相对较小。经回归分析提出了纯弯曲状态下梯形波纹腹板钢梁热点应力集中系数的计算式,通过与试验和有限元结果的比较,验证其有效性。In order to carry out fatigue design of corrugated-web steel girders(CWGs)based on hot spot stress method,four-point bending static tests of four groups of trapezoidal corrugated-web steel girders(TCWGs)with different dimensions were conducted.The effects of corrugation angle,corner radius,and corrugation length on the hot spot stress concentration factor(SCF)at the bottom flange S-point in the constant bending region were examined.The test results show that the SCFs of the tested girders are in the range of 1.41 to 1.82.Reducing the corrugation angle and corrugation length and increasing the corner radius contributes to reduce the stress concentration in the TCWGs.Finite element models of CWGs were developed,and parametric analyses of the SCFs were performed.It is found that the tangent of corrugation angle,ratio of corner radius to web thickness,length of parallel folds to the projection length of inclined folds ratio,flange-to-web thickness ratio,web height-thickness ratio,and flange width to thickness ratio significantly affect the SCF of TCWGs.However,the SCF is relatively less affected by the ratio of fillet weld leg size to web thickness.A formula for calculating the SCF of TCWGs under uniform bending was proposed through regression analysis,and the validity of the formula was confirmed through a comparison with the test and FE results.
