摘 要:为研究腹板开孔冷弯槽钢轴压柱的屈曲性能并完善直接强度法(direct strength method,DSM),对孔高比分别为0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8的腹板开孔冷弯槽钢轴压柱进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:短卷边槽钢柱均发生以畸变屈曲变形为主的破坏,长卷边槽钢柱均发生以局部屈曲变形为主的破坏,变形均随孔高比的增大而减小;开孔柱承载力随孔高比的增大显著降低,孔高比为0.2、0.4、0.6和0.8时的承载力降低幅度分别为3.4%、10.8%、15.5%以及31.6%。采用ANSYS有限元软件对试验进行模拟,并开展参数分析,发现随着孔高比的增大构件承载力下降趋势逐渐增大。基于试验结果、有限元参数分析结果和北美冷弯型钢结构设计规范(AISI S100—2016)中无孔冷弯槽钢柱DSM设计公式,提出了腹板开不同孔高的冷弯槽钢轴压柱承载力DSM设计公式,应用该公式无需计算开孔构件的弹性临界屈曲应力,使得计算过程大为简化。In order to investigate the buckling performance of cold-formed channel steel axially compressed columns with web openings and improve the direct strength method(DSM),experimental studies were conducted on perforated cold-formed channel steel axially compressed columns with hole height-to-web height ratios of 0.2,0.4,0.6 and 0.8,respectively.It is shown that all specimens with short lips fail mainly by distortional buckling,the long lips specimens all experience local buckling,and all the deformation decreases with the increase of the hole heightto-web height ratio.The axial capacity of perforated column specimens decreases significantly with the increase of the hole height-to-web height ratio.The reduction in axial capacity at hole height-to-web height ratios of 0.2,0.4,0.6and 0.8 is 3.4%,10.8%,15.5%and 31.6%,respectively.The ANSYS finite element program was used to simulate and analyze the test procedure,the parametric analysis results show that the downward trend of the capacity gradually increases as the hole height-to-web heigh increases.On the basis of test results,FEA results,and DSM design formula for cold-formed channel steel columns without holes stipulated in AISI S100—2016,the DSM design formulas for axially compressed columns with web openings of different hole height-to-web height ratios were proposed.When applying this formula,there is no need to calculate the elastic critical buckling stress of perforated cold-formed channel steel,which greatly simplifies the calculation process.
