摘 要:为实现对变压器绝缘故障状态下异常漏电现象地精准检测,本次引进无线传感网络,以某变电站为例,开展变压器绝缘故障状态在线监测方法设计研究。文章先根据监测区域的大小、形状以及传感器节点数量,布置网状网络拓扑结构,基于无线传感网络进行变压器运行数据连续采集;然后基于变压器运行过程中多种因素对其绝缘系统产生的协同影响效应,建立变压器绝缘状态关联分析模型,提取变压器绝缘状态分量;最后对提取的绝缘状态分量信号进行预处理,提取出与绝缘故障相关的特征参数,引进独立成分分析技术,进行绝缘故障状态信号的分离与在线监测。对比实验结果表明:设计的监测方法可精准监测变压器存在的绝缘故障,应用效果良好。To achieve accurate detection of abnormal leakage phenomena in transformer insulation faults,a wireless sensor network is introduced in this study.Taking a certain substation as an example,the design and research of online monitoring methods for transformer insulation faults are carried out.The article first arranges a mesh network topology structure based on the size,shape,and number of sensor nodes of the monitoring area,and continuously collects transformer operation data based on wireless sensor networks;Then,based on the synergistic effects of various factors on the insulation system during the operation of transformers,a transformer insulation state correlation analysis model is established to extract the insulation state components of transformers;Finally,the extracted insulation state component signals are preprocessed to extract characteristic parameters related to insulation faults.Independent component analysis technology is introduced to separate and monitor the insulation fault state signals online.The comparative experimental results show that the designed monitoring method can accurately monitor the insulation faults of transformers,and the application effect is good.
