自立式四角通信钢塔在架空光缆建设中的应用初探

摘  要:随着我国经济社会数字化转型进程深入推进,信息通信技术赋能“三农”现代化的作用日益彰显,成为助力乡村振兴战略落地的重要力量。乡村振兴,网络先行,党的十八大以来,我国持续推进电信普遍服务试点,架起“信息高速路”,打破农村信息壁垒。但在电信普遍服务实施过程中,边远地区的地形、土质、气候使建设难度徒增,通信光缆建设造价高、实施难度大,以致传统通信杆路架挂通信光缆的方式难以适应边远地区网络建设。文章提出了在地形及土质复杂的场景下使用自立式通信钢塔架设光缆的方法解决传统通信水泥杆无法建设的问题,使在边远地区复杂的建设环境下建设通信网络成为了可能。With the deepening of China's economic and social digital transformation process,the role of information and communication technology in empowering the modernization of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is increasingly prominent,becoming an important force to help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has continued to promote the pilot of universal telecommunications services,set up the"information highway"and broken the rural information barriers.But in the implementation of universal telecommunications services,the terrain,soil and climate in remote areas make the construction more difficult,and the construction cost of communication cable is high and the implementation is difficult,so that the traditional way of hanging communication cable on the communication pole is difficult to adapt to the network construction in remote areas.This paper proposes the use of self-supporting communication steel tower to erect optical cable in the scenario of complex terrain and soil to solve the problem that the traditional communication cement pole can not be built,which makes it possible to build communication networks in the complex construction environment in remote areas.
