摘 要:目的探讨作业时间对分拣作业人员肌肉疲劳的影响,探究物料分拣作业中作业人员肌肉疲劳发展机理,旨在为快递站、工厂等流水线分拣作业人员缓解肌肉疲劳方法的制定提供一定的参考。方法设计物料分拣实验,招募8名在校大学生作为受测者,实验前收集其双手最大提举肌力(MVC 0),然后要求其完成2小时的物料分拣作业。与此同时,收集受测者物料分拣实验过程中斜方肌、肱二头肌、肱桡肌与竖脊肌的表面肌电信号,经过分析得到对应肌群的积分肌电值(iEMG);记录其身体主观疲劳评分(RPF t)以及完成分拣任务后身体各部位的主观疲劳评分(RPF f);测量实验后双手最大提举肌力(MVC 1);最后对数据进行统计分析。结果作业时间对作业人员的斜方肌iEMG b和RPF t的影响是显著的(P<0.05),且随着作业时间的增加,两者均呈上升趋势;实验后MVC显著下降(P<0.01);与身体其他部位相比,肘部的疲劳较大、其次为手部。结论进行物料分拣作业时建议连续作业时间不超过60 min;分拣人员佩戴橡胶手套作业,进而降低手部和肘部的疲劳。Objective Taking the material sorting operation as the research object,to explore the influence of operation time on the muscle fatigue of the sorting operators,and to investigate the mechanism of the development of muscle fatigue of the operators in the material sorting operation,aiming to provide certain reference for the development of the method of relieving muscle fatigue for the sorting operators of the assembly line in the courier stations and factories.Methods A material sorting experiment was designed to recruit eight college students as participants.Before the experiment,the maximum lifting muscle strength of both hands(MVC 0)was collected,and then The participant was were asked to complete the material sorting operation for 2 hours.At the same time,the surface EMG signals of obliques,biceps brachii,brachioradialis and erector spinae were collected during the material sorting experiment and analyzed to obtain the iEMG of the corresponding muscle groups.The rating of perception fatigue(RPF)of the whole-body and the RPF of each body part after completing the sorting operation were also recorded.When finish the experiment,the MVC was collected again,which named MVC 1.Finally,the data were statistically analyzed.Results The effect of operating time on the iEMG b and RPF t was significant(P<0.05),and both tended to increase with increasing operating time.The MVC decreased significantly after the experiment(P<0.01).Compared to other parts of the body,the elbow is more fatiguing,followed by the hand.Conclusion It is recommended that material sorting operations should not exceed 60 mins of continuous operation,and the sorters should wear rubber gloves to minimize hand and elbow fatigue.
