摘  要:以湿法纺丝技术制备的碳纳米管纤维的结构、功能以及性能十分良好,被广泛用于航天航空、生物传感等电子领域。目前制备碳纳米管分散液成为热点研究。此前合成的碳纳米管分散液原料复杂且耗时,本实验从制备分散液原料入手,对用于分散单壁碳纳米管的表面活性剂脱氧胆酸铵的制备原料及过程进行改进,从经济和安全的角度设计出一套操作简单、耗时短的实验方案。通过脱(去)氧胆酸与氨水混合,制备分散碳纳米管的新型表面活性剂脱氧胆酸铵(ADC)。利用红外光谱测定和热重分析,确定本品中含铵根离子。对比脱氧胆酸钠(DOC),探究脱氧胆酸铵(ADC)对碳纳米管的分散能力,结果显示脱氧胆酸铵性能优异,且制出的碳纳米管纤维性能良好。The structure,function,and performance of carbon nanotube fibers prepared by wet spinning technology are excellent,and they are widely used in aerospace,biosensing,and other electronic fields.Currently,the preparation of carbon nanotube dispersions has become a hot research topic.The raw materials for previously synthesized carbon nanotube dispersions were complex and time-consuming.This experiment starts with the preparation of dispersion raw materials,improves the raw materials and process for preparing the surfactant sodium deoxycholate used to disperse single-walled carbon nanotubes,and designs a set of experimental schemes that are simple to operate and short in duration from an economical and safe perspective.By mixing deoxycholic acid with ammonia water,a new type of surfactant,ammonium deoxycholate(ADC),is prepared to disperse carbon nanotubes.Using infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis,it is confirmed that this product contains ammonium ions.Compared with sodium deoxycholate(DOC),the dispersion ability of ammonium deoxycholate(ADC)for carbon nanotubes is explored.The results show that ammonium deoxycholate has excellent performance,and the prepared carbon nanotube fibers have good performance.
