摘 要:碳量子点是一种新型的纳米材料,制备简单且具有荧光性能稳定、光稳定性好等诸多优点,被广泛应用于材料化学、疾病诊断、光催化等领域。方法:以柠檬酸与尿素为原料,通过水热合成法制备,得到的碳量子点粒径均匀且分散性好,有良好的荧光性与光稳定性,荧光量子产率为27.5;并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、X-射线衍射仪、紫外可见吸收光谱仪、荧光发射光谱仪、X-射线光电子能谱对碳量子点的结构及形貌进行分析,结果表明:该碳量子点的最佳激发波长与最佳发射波长分别为370 nm和300 nm;在用不同波长检测碳量子点时,碳量子点发生红移现象,并且呈现先增强后减弱的现象。Carbon quantum dots are a new type of nanomaterial,which is easy to prepare and has many advantages such as stable fluorescence and good photostability.They are widely used in material chemistry,disease diagnosis,photocatalysis and other fields.Methods:Using citric acid and urea as raw materials,the carbon quantum dots were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The obtained carbon quantum dots had uniform particle size,good dispersion,good fluorescence and photostability,and the fluorescence quantum yield was 27.5.The structure and morphology of the carbon quantum dots were analyzed by Fourier infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,UV-VIS absorption spectrometer,fluorescence emission spectrometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that the optimal excitation wavelength and the optimal emission wavelength of the carbon quantum dots are 370 nm and 300 nm,respectively.When the carbon quantum dots were detected with different wavelengths,the carbon quantum dots showed a redshift phenomenon,and the phenomenon was first enhanced and then weakened.
