摘 要:在炎热的气候下,低层建筑适合安装降温屋顶以节省能源。将使用二氧化钛微粉、纳米P-25和纳米钛铁矿的热反射涂料与商用热反射涂料进行比较,以评估热性能。采用水热法合成了纳米钛铁矿材料,它们已被合成为纳米纤维结构,二氧化钛质量含量增加62.1%,并且存在赤铁矿、金属氧化物。纳米钛铁矿热反射涂料具有较低的表面温度,表明它们可以阻挡红外辐射。因此,使用纳米钛铁矿作为屏障的热反射涂料可以降低表面温度,改善热性能,抑制热量传递或阳光进入建筑物,可以减少建筑物的热负荷需求。In hot climates,low-rise buildings are suitable for installing cooling roofs to save energy.Thermal reflective coatings using titanium dioxide micropowders,nano-P-25 and nano-ilmenite were compared with commercial thermal reflective coatings to evaluate thermal properties.Nano-ilmanite materials were synthesized by hydrothermal method.They have been synthesized into nano-fiber structure,the mass content of titanium dioxide increased by 62.1%,and there are hematite and metal oxides.Nano-ilmenite heat reflective coatings have a lower surface temperature,indicating that they can block infrared radiation.Therefore,heat reflective coatings using nano-ilmenite as a barrier can reduce surface temperature,improve thermal performance,inhibit heat transfer or sunlight entering the building,which can reduce the heat load demand of the building.
