摘  要:通过对新疆某地区现有焦化企业荒煤气排放情况调查,针对兰炭荒煤气资源浪费与污染严重的情况,分别从荒煤气脱硫、回用及外供燃烧和干法熄焦等余热利用措施进行减排分析,计算各措施减排量,得出该区域可节约37.55万t标煤,减排二氧化硫1937.22 t、氮氧化物843.04 t、颗粒物71.03 t、二氧化碳76万t,具有巨大的环境和经济效益。Through the investigation of the existing coking enterprises in a region of Xinjiang on the raw gas and pollutant emissions,for the waste of resources and serious pollution of the raw gas in semi-coke production,respectively,from the raw gas desulphurisation,reuse and external combustion and dry quenching,such as waste heat utilization measures for emission reduction analysis,calculation of emission reduction of each measure,concluded that it can reduce the use of 375,500 t of standard coal,emission reduction of 1937.22 t of sulfur dioxide,843.04 t of nitrogen oxides,71.03 t of particulate matter,and 760000 t of carbon dioxide with great environmental and economic benefits.
