摘 要:开发了一种一步法制备激光诱导石墨烯-金电极的微流控传感器,可用于果蔬表面的甲基对硫磷的原位检测,采用激光直写技术一步构建激光诱导石墨烯-金电极,该微流控传感器基于毛细作用吸附和检测甲基对硫磷,在0.01~200μmol/L范围内具有良好的MP检测性能,检测限低至0.00671μmol/L。应用该方法对苹果和生菜表面的MP进行了检测,结果表明该方法具有良好的回收率,实测值可靠。这种新型微流控传感器成本低、制作简单、可原位检测,这为实际样本的MP快速检测提供了新的方法,在食品安全监测和人类健康保障等领域显示出巨大的应用前景。A microfluidic sensor based on one-step preparing laser-induced graphene-gold electrode was developed,which can be used for in-situ detection of methyl parathion on the surface of fruits and vehetables.The laser-induced graphene-gold electrode was construct by laser direct writing technology in one step.The microfluidic sensor adsorbed and detected methyl paration based on capillary action,and had good MP detection performance in the range of 0.01~200μmol/L,with the detection limit as low as 0.00671μmol/L.The MP on the surface of apple and lettuce was detected by this method.The results showed that this method had good recovery rates and the measured values were reliable.This new microfluidic sensor had low cost,simple fabrication and in-situ detection,which provided a new method for rapid detection of MP in actual samples and showed great application prospects in food safety monitoring and human health protection.
