土壤和沉积物中甲基汞的测定方法研究

摘  要:质谱(MS)检测器是常规实验室广泛使用的一种检测器,有全扫描(Scan)和选择离子模式(SIM),具有灵敏度高,定性准确,选择性好等优点。本文采用碱提取-四丙基硼化钠衍生法前处理,建立了吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱联用仪法测定土壤/沉积物样品中甲基汞的方法。结果显示甲基汞含量在10~2000 ng范围时呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9992,方法检出限为0.004 mg/kg,土壤样品回收率范围为:79.8%~123%,相对标准偏差范围为:9.0%~13.6%,沉积物样品回收率范围为:61.2%~114%,相对标准偏差范围为:5.3%~11.2%。该方法具有较好的准确度和精密度,为相关研究工作者及分析检测人员提供一定的参考。Mass spectrometry(MS)detector is a kind of detector widely used in routine laboratories,with full scan(Scan)and selective ion mode(SIM),which has the advantages of high sensitivity,accurate qualitative and good selectivity.In this paper,a method for the determination of methylmercury in soil/sediment samples was established by purging and trapping/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method before alkali extraction-tetrapropylsodium boride derivatization method.The results showed that the methylmercury content showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10~2000 ng,the correlation coefficient r=0.9992,the detection limit of the method was 0.004 mg/kg,the recovery rate of soil samples ranged from 79.8%~123%,the relative standard deviation range was 9.0%~13.6%,the recovery rate of sediment samples ranged from 61.2%~114%,and the relative standard deviation range was 5.3%~11.2%.This method has good accuracy and precision,and provides a certain reference for relevant researchers and analysis and testing personnel.
