摘  要:通过一系列的实验,确定了钙离子的工作条件,建立了全自动滴定仪测定工业循环冷却水中钙离子的方法,使用该方法进行了样品的重复性和加标回收实验,与手动滴定钙离子进行对比,结果表明3个试样中钙离子的含量的6次平行测定结果的相对极差均在2%的范围内,在两个试样中,分别按照试样的钙含量的0.5,1,2倍浓度加入标准溶液,加标回收率在99.50%~101.40%之间。全自动电位滴定仪不仅可以节省人力,准确度也能满足要求,适合在工厂推广。Through a series of experiments,the working conditions of calcium ions were determined,and a method for the determination of calcium ions in industrial circulating cooling water by a fully automatic titrator was established.The repeatability of samples and spike recovery experiments were carried out using this method and compared with manual titration of calcium ions.The results showed that the relative ranges of the six parallel determination results of calcium ion content in three samples were all within the range of 2%.In two samples,standard solutions were added at concentrations of 0.5,1 and 2 times the calcium content of the sample respectively.The spike recovery rate was between 99.50%and 101.40%.The fully automatic potentiometric titrator can not only save manpower,but also meet the accuracy requirements and is suitable for promotion in factories.
