摘  要:目前磷酸盐项目在监测工作中日益重要,而磷酸盐在不同存在形式中有不同的测定方法,每种方法对仪器试剂及人员要求注意事项各不相同,在需同时进行多种类别的磷酸盐水样检测时,不仅耗时繁琐,也不方便各样品间直接的横向比较,建立联系。而经过方法改进,使用连续流动分析仪,用同一方法条件同时测定地表水、海洋大气降水、海水中各类磷酸盐,不仅能解决以上问题,更能因其检出限更低(0.9μg/L),测定上限更高(0.6 mg/L),精密度和准确度更高得到更加有效的结果。Projects involving detection of phosphate is gaining increasing importance among all the detection and monitoring works.Meanwhile,the great variance of detection methods required depending on the specification of the project and the solution of phosphate exhibited,in addition with different requirement for the choices of instruments,types of reagents,ways to prepare reagents,rules of operations,along with other complications,not only time consuming but also makes it hard to have a directly comparable results and build connections among them.Using a modified continuous segmented flow method to detect phosphate in ground water/marine wet deposition/marine water simultaneously with a unified methodology will resolve the problem above,moreover,it can achieve more efficient results with its lower detection limit(0.9μg/L),higher maximum quantitative detection limit(0.6 mg/L),better precision and higher accuracy.
