摘  要:对碱性水电解制氢装置产出的氢气、氧气中气体除碱工艺进行探究,并结合装置运行改进实例,探索氢气、氧气除碱的最佳工艺,以提高水电解制氢装置长期运行的安全性及稳定性。在此研究基础上,提出了水电解制氢装置氢气、氧气除碱的总体工艺优化措施,保证装置安全稳定性满足用户需求。In this work,the process of gas alkali removal in hydrogen and oxygen produced by alkaline hydroelectrolysis unit is explored,and the best process of hydrogen and oxygen alkali removal is explored in combination with the operation improvement example of the unit,so as to improve the long-term operation safety and stability of the hydrogen hydrolysis unit.On the basis of this research,the overall process optimization measures of hydrogen and oxygen alkali removal in the hydrogen production unit are put forward to ensure the safety and stability of the unit to meet the needs of users.
