摘　　要：针对目前关于餐饮类油烟净化和监测设备等相关检测方法和产品标准中关于实际检测时,前端模拟餐饮油烟发烟设备缺失的问题,标准中并没有明确量化检测时所需的餐饮油烟发烟设备的可靠性发烟方式。对此,设计一种模拟实际餐饮油烟的发生装置,其采用双雾化技术、隔离电加热和机械混合的方式,技术上更易实现、更易控制,致使目标油烟浓度更加稳定。设备在正常开启的状态下,可产生连续、均匀的油烟,经设备出口喷出,其具有很好的重复性、稳定性,且发烟浓度范围宽、浓度可调、操作方便、简易便携,且发烟量可根据实际检测的烟道尺寸、风速变化和实际检测要求进行调整,其能作为餐饮油烟净化器检测时前端油烟烟雾的一致性发生源,能够为油烟净化器检测平台提供稳定、均匀、连续且浓度可调的油烟烟雾。In response to the current issue of the lack of front-end simulated catering fume emission equipment during actual testing in relevant testing methods and product standards for catering fume purification and monitoring equipment,the standard does not specify the reliable emission method of catering fume emission equipment required for quantitative testing.To address this,a device is designed to simulate the occurrence of actual cooking oil fumes,which adopts dual atomization technology,isolated electric heating,and mechanical mixing,making it easier to achieve and control technically,resulting in a more stable target oil fume concentration.When the device is normally turned on,it can generate continuous and uniform oil smoke,which is sprayed out through the device outlet and has good repeatability and stability.The smoke concentration range is wide,the concentration is adjustable,the operation is convenient,and it is simple and portable.The smoke volume can be adjusted according to the actual detected flue size,wind speed changes,and actual detection requirements.It can serve as a consistent source of oil smoke in the front end of the catering oil smoke purifier during detection,can provide stable,uniform,continuous,and adjustable concentration of oil fume for the oil fume purifier detection platform.
