摘 要:节能减碳、绿色发展是我国可持续发展坚持的基本理念,城市生活垃圾渗滤液处理厂作为高耗能企业,面临着巨大的节能降碳压力。本文系统调研了北方某生活垃圾渗滤液处理厂生化系统运行工况,并对比分析了其能耗,提出了针对性的节能减排对策。分析结果表明,渗滤液水质变化波动大,进水渗滤液可生化性逐年变差,生化系统处理单位能耗逐年上升,从2019~2021年的14~16 kWh/m^(3)上升到2024年的22.9 kWh/m^(3)。改进生化系统工艺,采用精细化曝气模式提高氧气利用效率等措施是降低生化系统能耗的主要措施。Energy conservation,carbon reduction,and green development are the basic concepts that China adheres to for sustainable development.As a high energy consuming enterprise,municipal solid waste leachate treatment plants face enormous pressure to save energy and reduce carbon emissions.This article systematically investigates the operating conditions of the biochemical system in a leachate treatment plant in northern China,compares and analyzes its energy consumption,and proposes targeted energy-saving and emission reduction measures.The analysis results show that the water quality of the leachate fluctuates greatly,and the biodegradability of the influent leachate deteriorates year by year.The unit energy consumption of the biochemical system treatment has been increasing year by year,from 14~16 kWh/m^(3) in 2019~2021 to 22.9 kWh/m^(3) in 2024.Improving the process of biochemical systems and adopting refined aeration modes to enhance oxygen utilization efficiency are the main measures to reduce energy consumption in biochemical systems.
