摘  要:生产网络经济中企业间既存在生产投入关联,也会通过非生产关系产生关联,这两种关联均会影响创新知识传递,从而共同影响企业技术进步。本文使用中国企业专利和中国工业企业等微观数据,从研究合作视角对非生产性关联、生产网络和创新知识传递的特征事实予以初探。本文构建了一个包含非生产性关联、投入产出关联和企业技术进步的统一分析框架,考察了企业通过自身知识积累、非生产性关联和生产关联三种渠道获得创新知识,并共同促成生产技术进步的理论机制。理论研究发现,局部均衡情形下非生产性关联会促进创新知识传递、推动企业技术进步,一般均衡状态下非生产性关联与生产关联共同形塑了广义的经济网络,从而可以通过促进创新知识传递来推动企业技术进步。非生产性关联成本越低、冰山成本越小、吸收能力越大,创新知识传递越强,越有利于企业技术进步。本文研究结论为创造良好的科学研究氛围,扩大科技、经贸、文化等的对外开放交流,以及推动企业融入全球生产网络等方面的相关政策制定提供了理论基础和现实支撑。Currently, China's economic development has entered a new stage. The positive impact of technology introduction and imitative innovation on the high-quality development of the Chinese economy is gradually declining. The innovation, breakthrough, and leadership of key “choke point” technologies are the engines for the future construction of the Chinese path to modernization. Seeking the endogenous driving force for enterprise innovation and technological progress from China's economy not only helps clarify the micro-mechanism of enterprise technological innovation and technological progress but also meets the practical needs of promoting China's economic growth and high-quality development.There are connections between enterprises beyond production inputs, such as research cooperation, visits and communications, and participation in industry seminars. These also provide enterprises with opportunities for innovative knowledge exchange. In this study, we refer to the communication relationships not arising from production inputs as nonproductive connections. For instance, even if two enterprises do not have productive connections, they may still be connected nonproductively, leading to innovative knowledge exchange and influencing technological progress. The natural question is how to construct a unified analytical framework that includes both productive and nonproductive connections between enterprises to analyze the mechanism of innovative knowledge transfer and its general equilibrium effect on enterprise technological progress. This study integrates cutting-edge research in the fields of production networks and idea flows, constructs a unified analytical framework of productivenonproductive connections, theoretically examines the new pathways through which nonproductive connections bring innovative knowledge and affect enterprise technological progress, analyzes its strengthening and amplification effect on the transmission role of production networks, and studies the general equilibrium effect of innovative
