摘 要:锻造废水是在金属坯料锻造处理过程中产生的一类工业废水,其色度高、化学需氧量高、可生物降解性差、处理难度大,对水环境安全造成了潜在威胁。现有的锻造废水处理方法主要包括:沉淀、吸附、膜分离、化学氧化和生物降解等,文章对上述方法处理锻造废水的效果进行了综述。现有的锻造废水处理技术面临的问题主要包括:处理成本高、生物处理法产生的污泥多等。锻造废水处理研究未来的发展方向主要是将多种处理技术联用,从而有望实现高效、经济且环保的处理效果。Forging wastewater is a type of industrial wastewater produced during the forging treatment of metal billets.It is characterized by high color intensity,high chemical oxygen demand,poor biodegradability,and high treatment difficulty,posing a potential threat to water environmental safety.The existing treatment methods for forging wastewater mainly include sedimentation,adsorption,membrane separation,chemical oxidation,and biological degradation.The effects of the above methods on the treatment of forging wastewater were reviewed.The main problems faced by the existing forging wastewater treatment technologies include high treatment costs and excessive sludge produced by biological treatment methods.The future development direction of forging wastewater treatment research was mainly the combined use of multiple treatment technologies,which was expected to achieve efficient,economical and environmentally friendly treatment effects.
