摘 要:再生水循环利用是解决我国水资源短缺的有效途径,污水处理厂尾水是再生水循环利用系统的重要水源。文章以山东省曲阜市某市政污水处理厂尾水为处理对象,首先比较了6种常用混凝剂,以景观用水标准为基准,对比这6种混凝剂对污水处理厂尾水中氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果。结果发现,选用聚合硫酸铁(PFS)作为混凝剂时,出水浓度不仅满足景观环境用水回用标准且单位水处理成本最低。通过单因素实验考察了混凝剂PFS投加量、pH、助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PMA)投加量和快速搅拌时间对混凝处理污水处理厂尾水效果的影响,得到优势实验条件为PFS投加量为40 mg/L,pH为6.0,PAM投加量为1.5 mg/L,快速搅拌时间为15 min。然后,基于Box-Behnken响应曲面法实验设计原理,建立响应曲面模型,模型拟合效果较好;探究了混凝剂PFS投加量、PAM投加量、快速搅拌时间对混凝效果的交互影响,结果表明对NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率而言,PFS投加量与PAM投加量两者之间交互作用明显;对TN去除率而言,PAM投加量与快速搅拌时间两者之间交互作用明显。三维荧光光谱和区域积分法证明,经混凝处理后溶解性有机物的最大荧光强度显著降低,混凝对污水处理厂尾水中有机物具有较好的降解作用。The recycling of reclaimed water is an effective way to solve the shortage of water resources in our country,and the tail water of sewage treatment plant is an important source of reclaimed water.Taking the tail water of a municipal sewage treatment plant in Qufu,Shandong Province as the treatment object,the removal effects of 6 kinds of coagulants on ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the tail water of a sewage treatment plant were compared.The results showed that when polyferric sulfate(PFS)was used as coagulant,the effluent concentration not only met the landscape environmental water reuse standard but also the unit water treatment cost was lowest.The effects of dosage of coagulant PFS,pH,dosage of coagulant aid polyacrylamide(PMA)and rapid stirring time on the tailwater effect of coagulant treatment wastewater treatment plant were investigated by single factor experiment.The dominant experimental conditions were PFS dosage of 40 mg/L,pH 6.0,PAM dosage of 1.5 mg/L.The rapid mixing time is 15 min.Based on the experimental design principle of Box-Behnken response surface methodology,the response surface model was established,and the model was fit well.The interaction effects of PFS dosage,PAM dosage and rapid stirring time on coagulation effect were investigated.The results showed that the interaction between PFS dosage and PAM dosage was obvious for NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rate.In terms of TN removal rate,the interaction between PAM dosage and rapid stirring time was obvious.Three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum and region integral method showed that the maximum fluorescence intensity of dissolved organic matter decreased significantly after coagulation treatment,and coagulation had a better degradation effect on organic matter in the tail water of sewage treatment plant.
