摘 要:为了有效降低水体中孔雀石绿的含量,利用三醛基间苯三酚和2,5-二氨基-1,4-苯二硫酚二盐酸盐通过常温法制备共价有机框架材料(COF-Tp)并运用其吸附废水中孔雀石绿。对COF-Tp进行表征并探究不同条件下对吸附孔雀石绿的影响及反应机理。研究表明,25℃时COF-Tp对孔雀石绿的最大吸附量可达1866.8 mg/g,吸附时间在50 min内达到平衡,且不易受温度的影响;在酸性条件下COF-Tp对孔雀石绿的吸附效果更加显著。通过分析可知,吸附过程拟合符合Langmuir模型和二级动力学模型,说明反应过程为自发进行的单层吸附。COF-Tp循环使用5次后,其对孔雀石绿的去除率仍可以达到80%左右。因此,COF-Tp对水中孔雀石绿的去除具有一定的实际运用价值。To reduce malachite green in water effectively,covalent organic framework material(COF-Tp)was prepared by 2,4,6-Triformylphloroglucinol and 2,5-Diamino-1,4-benzenedithiol Dihydrochloride,and malachite green(MG)was adsorbed in wastewater.The effect of COF-Tp on the adsorption of malachite green under different conditions and the reaction mechanism were investigated.The results showed that the maximum adsorption capacity of COF-Tp for MG dye could reach 1866.8 mg/g at 25°C,and the adsorption equilibrium time was 50 min,which was not easily affected by temperature.The adsorption effect of MG was more significant under acidic conditions.Through analysis,it could be seen that the adsorption process fit the Langmuir model and the second-order kinetic model,indicating that the reaction process was a spontaneous monolayer adsorption.After 5 cycles of COFTp,the removal rate of MG could still reach about 80%.Therefore,the removal of MG from water by COF-Tp has certain practical application value.
