摘 要:为了解决传统拒水整理剂存在的环保、健康等问题,文章提出采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO_(2)/高岭土复合溶胶,通过“轧-烘-焙”整理工艺将其应用于棉织物表面,制得具有拒水性能的棉织物,并通过五因素五水平的正交实验优化制备工艺。实验结果表明,在最优条件下制得的棉织物拒水角度达134.26°,但白度、断裂强力、透气性和硬挺度有所降低。这一结果不仅为开发新型环保拒水材料提供了理论依据,还为纺织行业的绿色可持续发展提供了技术支持。In order to solve the problems of environmental protection and health existing in traditional water repellent finishing agents,this paper proposes to prepare titanium TiO_(2)/kaolin composite sol by the sol-gel method,and apply it to the surface of cotton fabrics through the“rolling-drying-baking”finishing process to prepare cotton fabric with water repellency.The experimental results showed that the water repellent angle of the cotton fabrics produced under optimal conditions reached 134.26°,but the whiteness,breaking strength,breathability and stiffness were reduced.This result not only provides a theoretical basis for the development of new environmentally friendly water repellent materials,but also provides technical support for the green and sustainable development of the textile industry.
